- Add new cardholders under Loyalty Cards by providing their name, email, phone, and a note.
- Each time a customer returns, click the field arrow up to add one “stamp” to the customer or client.
- Insert a note or service in the “services” field when you add a stamp to keep track of the products or services that earned them a stamp.
- When a card hits the defined goal, you can visit the cardholder’s page to send a custom reward email or just wait until their next visit to reward them.
- Use [loyalty_cards] to display a searchable list of cardholders (only the initial of the last name for privacy) and their individual progress on any page and a “Redeemed Cards” section is displayed using the [lcm_card_status] shortcode, which displays the number of cards redeemed by all cardholder’s.
